Thanksgiving NoteCards Rosemary Pecans Recipe

Today I’ve got Thanksgiving NoteCards Rosemary Pecans Recipe which is a must-try-recipe!

On Thursday a friend shared as part of a special Menu her Rosemary Pecans. This is a must-try-recipe!

Today has included telling myself that I’ve got to put this onto recipe cards to insert one each into my latest grouping of Thanksgiving cards going out tomorrow.

We continue our focus this week on expressing our Thankfulness in our Letters.

Here is the Recipe.

Rosemary Pecans Recipe:

Note: can also use cashews

1 1/4 pounds nuts

2 T coarsely chopped fresh rosemary (My friend used Rosemary from the bush in their yard, dried it, and more than doubled the suggested amount)

1/2 teas cayenne

2 teas dark brown sugar

2 teas salt

1 T melted butter

Bake nuts at 375 in an un-greased baking sheet for about 10 minutes, thoroughly warm. Meanwhile, mix remaining Ingredients. Toss warm nuts until completely coated.

We have included the topic of Recipe letters here at AnchoredScraps before, although it has been a while!    Be sure to try out the recipe and see if you don’t find yourself with your Thanksgiving NoteCards Rosemary Pecans Recipe!  Be forewarned – if you write your notecards while making up a batch (or snacking on them!) your stationery is sure to then smell like rosemary!

Helen
