Dear Tooth Fairy

This is the letter I have written to the Tooth Fairy today.

Dear Tooth Fairy,

Today’s visit to the dentist saved my tooth and alas I have no need of putting my tooth under my pillow.

What is the going rate these days for the Tooth Fairy?

It was instilled in me to brush regularly and floss and even with having dental check-ups every six months I found myself this week being advised that I needed to have a root canal.  Today was the day and the endodontist was exceptionally gifted – I did not even feel the first injection.   I trusted the best thing to do was relax and prayers were answered with a very smooth appointment.

I’m going to continue to be diligent with my flossing and brushing.   One friend of mine was sharing with me an expression in their family “You only have to floss the teeth you want to keep.”

Keep up your great work!

Now I just need the snail mail address to get it into the mail.  Don’t forget to floss!

Anchors Aweigh,
Helen
